What is aquamation?
Aquamation, also called water cremation, is a gentle and eco-friendly alternative to fire cremation. It uses a water-based process that returns your pet’s ashes with care, without flames or harmful emissions.
What cremation options do you offer?
We offer communal, private, and individual cremation. Communal means pets are laid to rest together and no ashes are returned. Private means your pet is cremated with others but kept separate, so only their ashes are returned to you. Individual means your pet is cremated alone, with their ashes returned to you.
Will I receive my pet’s ashes back?
Typically, families receive ashes and any selected keepsakes within 7–10 business days, though timing may vary
How long does it take to receive ashes and keepsakes?

Is aquamation safe for the environment?
Yes. Aquamation uses only water and a small amount of alkali to gently return remains to ashes. It is over 90% energy efficient compared to flame cremation and produces no harmful emissions.
How do I arrange aftercare for my pet?
You can work directly with us, or ask your veterinarian if they are one of our partners. If not, you may still request our services, and we’ll guide you through the process step by step.
Do you partner with my veterinary clinic?
Ask your veterinarian! If we do not yet have an official partnership with your vet, we can still work with them or directly with you pick up after a euthanasia at home or in-clinic.
Can I be present during the cremation?
This option is only available for individual cremations out of respect to the families of the other pets. Families who choose individual cremation may request a private farewell before the process begins. Please contact us to discuss availability and arrangements.
How much does cremation cost?

I found you on social media. Will you post my pet?
We will NEVER post without your permission, and we will never EVER post the bodies of deceased pets. Additionally, all of your information and that of your pet is completely confidential. All of our content is intended to respectfully educate on aquamation and promote our company.
Can my pet be have their favorite toy, blanket, collar, etc. with them while they are in your care?
We can! Any item that can be held in your hand above your pet’s room to be kept close during the aquamation. your pet’s Unfortunately, we cannot have anything additional inside your pet’s compartment.
